Begin balanced on your left leg with a dumbbell in your right hand. Bend your left leg then straighten back up while curling the dumbbell up to your shoulder. Then press the dumbbell up to the ceiling. Bring the dumbbell back down to the top of the curl and then bend your leg and straighten your arm back to the start. Repeat.
