Sit with the soles of your feet together. Hold on to your ankles and open your knees to the sides. Lift your feet slightly off the floor while holding your ankles. Slowly roll back, one vertebrae at a time. Roll forward to the starting position, with your chest out and back flat. Exhale and extend your left leg out to the side. Return it on an inhale. Do the same with your right leg. Repeat the movement!
