We will have 5x superset bundle of Push & Pull Exercises and 1x bundle of abdominals that contain 4x movements each! We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds with only 10 seconds rest we will switch to the superset exercise. Between each superset there will be a 25 second rest and Each 4x movements (1x bundle) will be performed for 2x rounds in a row. The dumbbells that I am using are: 2x18kg, 2x 10kg, 2x 5kg - DANIELPT FITNESS
