Today I’ve got a great pump body workout that will give your body a full workout. This barbell workout is a great way to get a quick and effective sweat session by combining resistance training and cardio movements to create a high intensity workout routine. I’ve split the workout into 4 parts: lower body, upper body, core/abs and cardio. Each part will include 7 exercises and the split will be 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Feel the burn as we move through the different body groups. I’m using a 20kg aerobic pump set and will drop the weights to 15kg half way to make use of the 2.5kg plates. If you have some lighter weights laying around there is no need to drop the weights. There will be no repeats on movements so hopefully it’ll go by quick and you all enjoy the workout as I did.
