Start the rotational shoulder press with two dumbbells in front of you with your pals facing in. Press the weights overhead while turning the dumbbells so your palms face out. Lower the dumbbells to form a 90 degree with your elbows. Rotate your palms back toward your body while returning to the starting position. Repeat.
