1 push-up + 1 left and right plank dumbbell row + 1 squat thrust + 1 overhead dumbbell snatch = 1 manmaker rep.
Pick a weight and rep no and stick with it. Run the workout like an EMOM (i.e. cut into rest breaks to complete reps if needed. Any lost rest cannot be reclaimed).
Alternatively, run it as a 5 round 125 second (2 min 5 sec) EMOM.
