Use only the bar for the snatch work as this is a technique only section. When you get to the end circuit I’m looking for you to perform as much work in a 10 minute window as possible. I’ve used 4 rounds as a guide. The weight of the thruster should be one that you can do all 5 repetitions unbroken with 👍
