On hands and knees, keeping spine and head and neck aligned, exhale. While exhaling, try to pull your navel in and up, into your spine. Really focus on the abdominal muscles pulling in. Relax and inhale, then repeat. This is like "sucking in your gut" except exhaling prevents you from using air pressure, to instead use only the muscles. Can be done laying on back if issues arise with knees/arms.
