Hi everyone..I'm in doubt...is much better doing every day half an hour of exercise or working out only 3 days a week???

You can do it. It takes lil bit of time to build resistance but you can do it.

Yeah I hope..being healthy&fit is my goal ..I started eating healthy and now when I finished school I have much more time to dedicate so I'm planning my workouts

That's my goal too. I'm going to start taking it serious because I haven't in sometime now. All I need is a lil bit of motivation and I can do it. What are you studying.

So long as you are putting in the time and effort it doesn't matter how it's spread over the week. If you are worried about squeezing in a work out try looking into hiit ☺
