Hey quick question, I'm debating upgrading to pro+ and am just wondering whether or not the work out programmes are worth it!
How well structured and easy to follow are they?

They're structures brilliantly and will help you achieve your goals! They start a little less intense than they end and if you track progress you'll definitely see results... You just have to do the exercises as motivated as possible! I would say definitely worth it

Honestly, I'm kinda pissed off at Skimble. I paid for a 1 year pro subscription that included all the programs. It's only been 8 months if that and now they want more money for pro+ to use the programs. Needless to say I won't be renewing.
