Anyone interested on starting the Wolverine workout? 33m, FL. Looking for someone to stay motivated with. Goal is to tone up, gain muscle and in the process lose weight/fat The Wolverine Workout (Day 1 - Shoulders & Triceps)

Go for it ya'll.  Make sure to increase protein intake if you want to gain muscle mass.  When I did it I gained about 10 lbs of muscle in about 6 weeks, but that was with a huge protein intake as well.  Also, I created that series to be able to modify with Dumbbells only in case barbells and machines are not available.  It's a great series that Jackman's trainer created.  Go for it!
