I've started workingout about before 2 weeks maybe bt some day there is pain in my whole body!what should i do thn?should i skip the day?or regularly work out ignoring the pain??
Is it just sore muscles? If so, make sure you warm up with dynamic stretching beforehand & when you're done & cooling off, that's when you do your static stretches. Also, make sure you have rest days. If it is not just muscle soreness, you can hurt if you try to workout with a pulled muscle or something.
