Hi - I'm a 50 yr old male who, used to be in shape and now I'm 20+ pounds over weight and have a bad knee to boot. I've tried the At Home Boot camp and I really liked it but all the jumping is getting to my knee and now I'm limping. It's a struggle for me to find a good balance of exercise and pain level. Do you have any suggestions for a perticular workout that might fit my challenges?
