Hi all, quick question. I am trying to tone up my whole body, not just one specific area, and generally get in better shape. I found an ab toning program I'm going to start, but I wanted to also do other programs which focus on different areas on the days in between. However, it seems as if I'm only able to do one program at a time.. Is this the case, or am I missing something? I just wanted to set up a compete schedule for the next 4-8 weeks.
