Yoga is amazing! It stretches your muscles, as well as strengthen stabilizing muscles which in return prevents injury. For me it's a total relaxer as well and knocks down my stress levels. Not to mention increases circulation and blood flow over time, which helps your body maximize oxygen use and muscle recovery.
