This challenge will take you on a journey to abdominal strength and beyond. You'll experience various movements targeting your entire core musculature, with a small emphasis on other muscle groups for an overall balanced toning and strengthening program. Although the ultimate end goal is to complete 200 crunches, this program delivers workouts that get your core muscles firing from every angle. This program is not just crunches building up to the final challenge, but rather an all around core strengthening program with a fun 200 crunch challenge at the end! You need access to dumbbells and an exercise mat if you have one. Challenge on!
