Reverse French Fries:

Ingredients-
1-2 potatoes, or more depending on serving #
Salt
Cayenne or seasoning of choice
Olive oil

Instructions-
1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheight
2- Slice potatoes, in half the length way, then in apple-like slices. 
3-Coat in Olive oil. 
4-Spread oiled slices on pizza stone or pan and sprinkle salt and seasoning over top. 
5- Put in oven for 10-15 minutes. 
6-Cool and enjoy your healthy 'french fries!'

Boil boneless skinless chicken breast
When done put in crockpot and add a can of black beans
A can of chopped green chilies
A can of whole kernel corn
One chopped green bell pepper
One chopped red bell pepper
1 tbls chili powder
1 tbls cumin
And one small jar of salsa
Mix together and wait till its thoroughly heated! So delicious and healthy!! :-)
Can also serve on top of brown rice!
